Responsibilities

• Oversee legal affairs of the company, including the development of the legal system and the management of legal personnel
• Manage the company's legal risk control and modernization of institutional systems. Formulate and revise governance, legal affairs, and related management systems, and assist or participate in drafting and reviewing other key company policies and regulations
• Provide legal support for company decisions through due diligence, legal consultations, contract reviews, etc.  Ensure legal risk prevention and protection for major projects and new business initiatives
• Participate in the entire process management of contracts, including negotiation, signing, execution, modification, termination, and expiration, and offer legal support
• Handle the company's legal disputes, including litigation and arbitration cases.
• Manage non-litigation legal affairs, such as equity transfers, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, investments, and financing
• Conduct internal legal risk assessments, formulate corresponding measures, and reduce the likelihood of legal risks
• Organize and conduct legal training and education programs for employees to enhance their legal awareness and literacy
• Collaborate with the company to complete various special tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws or above (from Hong Kong or other common law jurisdictions)
• Qualified Hong Kong SAR practicing lawyer with at least 20 years of experience
• Preferably with in-house experience working in aviation and/or law enforcement investigation team will be an advantage
• Familiar with company laws, employment laws, aviation laws and contractual related matters
• Possess strong communication, analytical and research skills
• A proactive team player, with can-do attitude and able to work under high pressure and tight timeframe
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, attention to details and ability of multi-tasking
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Outstanding candidate without all of the above qualifications maybe considered
